I'm a professional saxophonist with special needs as I experience bone conduction hearing thru my instrument. I also play with loud guitarists with loud amplification. I have tested the earpiece earplugs with different filters and find that the snr 16 are the least invasive but have the least protection. I use higher filter plugs for louder gigs and appreciate the fact that I can load the filters to match the volume on stage. I have extra cases pre-loaded.
