Shipping is quick, easy and FREE within the United States on orders of $20 or more. Shipping to Canada is also easy and free on orders of $50 and up. We use the US Postal Service and Federal Express as our preferred carriers. Free shipping offer only applies to US First-Class Mail and First-Class Mail International for Canadian shipments. All domestic shipments are trackable from door to door using your unique USPS or FedEx tracking number. Orders will ship within one business day.
Fixed Shipping Rates to the US and Canada on orders of $20:
- USPS First-Class Mail (3-5 business days) – FREE
- USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) – $10.95
- USPS First-Class Mail International (5-15 business days) – $9.95
For all other international shipments we use USPS and FedEx. These rates are carrier calculated and vary depending on order quantity and shipping destination. Please note that USPS First-Class Mail International can not be tracked once it leaves the continental United States. We will provide a tracking number, but it can not be used to track the package within your country. If door to door tracking is required, please use one of the FedEx shipping options.
PLEASE NOTE: International shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return. If you choose the USPS option for international deliveries we can not provide a refund in the event of non-delivery.
EarPeace is 100% guaranteed. We are confident that you will love EarPeace. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason at all send them back for a refund of the product within 30 days, no questions asked. If EarPeace breaks or tears, send it back for a replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds are for product cost. We do not refund shipping costs.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
CUSTOM FIT ITEMS
If we have not made your custom fits we can issue a refund. Unfortunately custom fit products that have already been produced are nonrefundable. Also, custom fit orders that are not fulfilled within one year of the order date are not eligible for a refund and may be assessed an additional administrative fee of $30 to reopen the order.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: EarPeace, 1615 Kenyon Street, Suite 58, Washington, DC 20010.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: EarPeace, 1615 Kenyon Street, Suite 58, Washington, DC 20010. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
