Welcome to EarPeace’s Trademark and Brand Policy page. Below you’ll find our guidelines so that you can interact with the EarPeace brand correctly.
EarPeace’s trademarks and trade dress are protected in the US and internationally, and may not be used without our written permission. EarPeace’s trademarks include, but are not limited to, EarPeace, our EarPeace logo, and other graphics, phrases or images that identify the source or origin of EarPeace’s product and services. Do not alter or modify the marks or use them in a confusing way that suggests that EarPeace sponsors or endorses you or your products or services, or confuses the EarPeace brand with another brand.
You may use our EarPeace wordmarks and taglines (such as "EarPeace" and "Hear More, Lose Less" but not our logos) in truthful and factual statements to communicate that your product is “made for use with” or “compatible with” EarPeace’s products or services. If you are an authorized EarPeace distributor or reseller, you should review your agreement with EarPeace to understand your authorization to use EarPeace marks.
Our marks may not be used as part of your product name and must be used in a way that appears less prominent than your product or service name. Your use must not create the impression that EarPeace endorses, sponsors, approves of, or is in any was associated with your product or service. Please do not use our marks in any way that would damage the marks, be misleading to consumers, or be derogatory to EarPeace or its goods or services.
In all materials that contain one of the above phrases, you must also make sure the following text appears where it can be seen by someone purchasing such an item: "EARPEACE and the EARPEACE logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of EarPeace."

Please do not apply for a trademark containing EARPEACE or one of our other marks, and do not use EARPEACE in your website name or register a domain name that contains EARPEACE or any of our other marks, or misspellings or other variations of our marks. Your website or fansite must not copy the distinctive EarPeace look and feel, as we do not want anyone to be confused about whether it’s your site or our site.
We work with a carefully selected list of artists, brands, venues and events to co-brand and distribute EarPeace, either as merchandise or promotional premiums. Our partners follow the same branding guidelines in designing and creating their co-branded EarPeace. All partner artwork and branding is pre-approved prior to production, and EarPeace tightly controls all production of co-branded EarPeace products. The content you create is inspiring and we want to make sure that the world can distinguish between content you have created and original content produced by EarPeace. When sharing any content, either video or stills, feel free tag #EarPeace or @EarPeace in the description and/or title of the content as well.
