Shipping
Shipping is quick, easy and FREE within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico) on orders of $35 or more when selecting First Class Mail. Orders will ship within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Rates within the US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico):
- USPS First-Class Mail (3-7 business days once shipped) – FREE (on orders over $35)
Shipping Rates to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico:
- USPS First-Class Mail (7-10 business days once shipped) – Calculated based on location at checkout.
For international shipments we use DHL. The rates are carrier calculated and vary depending on order quantity and shipping destination. Days in transit will also vary by country and can at times exceed 30 days.
PLEASE NOTE: International shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return. Please double check your shipping address at checkout.
Returns
EARPEACE is 100% guaranteed. We are confident that you will love EARPEACE. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason at all send them back for a refund of the product within 30 days, no questions asked. If EARPEACE breaks or tears, send it back for a replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN SHIPPING
To return your product, mail your product too: EARPEACE, 211 Drum Ave N, Pasadena, MD 21122. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Policy
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds are for product cost. We do not refund shipping costs.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@earpeace.com.
CUSTOM MOLDED
If we have not made your custom molded order we can issue a refund. Unfortunately custom molded products that have already been produced are nonrefundable. Also, custom molded orders that are not fulfilled within one year of the order date are not eligible for a refund and may be assessed an additional administrative fee of $30 to reopen the order.
